Product Designing & Prototyping

After perfecting a theoretical blueprint and design using computer programs like CAD/ CAM and 3D modeling, the next big step is creating a prototype. Each prototype is subjected to all the standards of quality checking to ensure that the designs are suitable for mass production.

Finishing/Polishing/Anodizing/Laser Marking

After the product has been made, it undergoes a series of processes like finishing to get rid of any impurities and polishing to really bring that shine out. We then pass the polished product through an anodizing phase where it is electrochemically coated with another metal to protect it from corrosion and rust that increases its durability. The anodizing is done as per the health standards that don't give off radioactive or voltage waves that could harm the environment in any way. Information is also inscribed on every metallic piece or implant with laser technology so you know you've got the genuine product.

Lab Testing of Finished Production

Before our products are shipped out to our customers, they are first subjected to extensive lab testing which includes both physical testing and computer-aided tests to ensure that there are no shortcomings in terms of design, production, or finishing.

Sterilization (Clean Room) & Packaging

Upholding the highest standards to fit the norms of ISO 14644-1, the sterilization rooms are 100% effective and are able to handle any special requirements that can be made to assist the client's needs. The very professional and talented team is equipped in every way to carry out the final packaging of the materials that are sterile and non-sterile to ensure product quality. The products are sealed in airtight packages to ensure no contamination labeled following the EN 980 rules and regulatory standards.
